Activities of Hedef Courses Discussed

On December 29, a comprehensive discussion was held at the Hedef STARS campus regarding the activities carried out by Hedef Courses in the second half of 2025.

The meeting was attended by the founder and director of the Hedef Group of Companies, Shamil Sadiq, the co-founder of Hedef Courses, Vugar Tarquliyev, course managers, as well as officials responsible for financial and administrative affairs.

The Executive Director of Hedef Courses, Safdar Alsafa, delivered a detailed report on the work carried out during the past half-year. The report included an in-depth analysis of teaching quality indicators, teachers’ performance, students’ examination results, and overall educational outcomes.

The Deputy Executive Director for Academic Affairs of Hedef Courses, Shakir Huseyn, provided detailed information on the results of trial examinations conducted during the past half-year, meetings with high-scoring students and their awarding, the establishment of level-based groups, and the targets set for students with relatively lower scores. He also presented the work carried out within the framework of cooperation with parents.

During the meeting, the performance of course managers was reviewed, the current situation was assessed, and development directions were identified. Strengthening activities starting from the new year, expanding “Hedef Online” education, and implementing innovative approaches in the teaching process were identified as key priorities.

At the same time, based on specific proposals from teachers and branch managers, relevant instructions were given to prepare a 2026 activity plan covering publishing and educational fields.
