Teacher Preparation
As you know, the first teacher preparation courses in Azerbaijan were held at Hədəf Courses.
Hədəf Courses begin preparation courses for the Teacher Recruitment Exam starting from December-January each year. Given the increasing interest in the Teacher Recruitment Exam organized by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, courses are arranged to help applicants better prepare for this exam.
The teachers leading the preparation program are professionals in their respective fields. Curriculum trainers, who have attended seminars from both international and national consultants, masterfully teach the secrets of new approaches to education.
The lesson plan is based on the teaching materials published by the Ministry of Education for the relevant grades.
The weekly class hours are shown in the following schedule:

Teaching materials (curriculum) and electronic resources are provided by the course.
Classes are conducted in groups of 8-10 people and also individually.
Additionally, every year, Hədəf Courses hold teacher recruitment exams, in which more than 1,000 candidates participate. Listeners of the MİQ preparation program at Hədəf Courses receive discounts for participating in the teacher recruitment exam at Hədəf Courses. Applicants with acceptable exam results have a higher chance of being hired. Every year, dozens of our MİQ students are employed at various branches. Selected teachers, after completing the "Hədəf Courses-Pedagogical Seminar" in August, are assigned to appropriate teaching positions.
