"Hədəf Courses" LLC was founded by well-known educator, PhD in Philology, Şəmil Sadıqov, together with Vüqar Tarquliyev. "Hədəf Courses" officially registered with the state on May 12, 2008, and has been operating since that day.
In a short period, it has achieved significant success as a national education brand. During this time, "Hədəf Courses" has opened 12 branches (Nizami, Xırdalan, Qara Qarayev, Bakıxanov, Azadlıq, Sumqayıt, Əhmədli, Gənclik, Yasamal, Mehdiabad, Masazır, Naxçıvan).
"Hədəf Courses" aims to nurture individuals who create value for our country and humanity. To create value, an individual must be knowledgeable, skilled, creative, and possess certain behavioral codes and professional habits.

In today's world, science and technology are developing at such a rapid pace that sometimes not only catching up but even keeping track of this progress can seem difficult. However, we also know that the driving force behind this change is human beings themselves—individuals who possess scientific thinking, can reason logically, and with their agile imagination, can stay ahead of their time, regardless of their religion, language, or gender.
When we watch documentaries and technology news about a space probe landing on Mars, discover new functions on our smartphones, hear about innovations in genetic medicine, admire a contemporary architectural masterpiece, or fly on airplanes that transport hundreds of people from one end of the world to the other in a matter of hours, we inevitably think, "This is the work of a genius" or "This is a miracle," and even if we don't know the names of the creators, we feel a sense of gratitude toward them.
Today, we can appreciate the economic power of technology by comparing the budgets of companies like Samsung, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft, and Amazon with the budgets of many countries.
