Commemoration Event for Martyred Teacher Qoşqar Ömərov Held at Hədəf Courses Nizami Branch

On February 7, 2025, a commemoration event was held at Hədəf Courses Nizami Branch in honor of martyr teacher Qoşqar Səxavət oğlu Ömərov on his birthday. Qoşqar Ömərov bravely fought in the 44-day Patriotic War, marching from the Fuzuli front to Shusha, where he sacrificed his life for the country. The event was attended by his colleagues, fellow soldiers, and students of the course.

The ceremony began with a minute of silence in memory of the martyr, followed by the National Anthem of Azerbaijan. The head of Hədəf Courses Nizami Branch, Mehman Muxtarov, opened the event with a speech about the biography of Qoşqar Ömərov.

Afterward, Hədəf Courses Executive Director Səftər Əlsafa spoke about Qoşqar Ömərov's dedication, emphasizing the importance of patriotism and national spirit in students' education, encouraging them to love and protect their homeland and nation.

Finally, Zülfüqar Novruzov, deputy director of Hədəf Courses Nizami Branch, an Azerbaijani language teacher, and also a battle comrade of the martyr, shared memories of Qoşqar Ömərov's bravery in battle.
