On December 14, the II Education Managers Forum (EMF) was held at Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, organized by Hedef Group of Companies.
According to the company, over 400 participants were registered for the forum. The event was attended by individuals holding leadership positions in education, experts, and representatives of the public. The main topics of the forum were management in education, digital transformation, and environmental responsibility.
The opening speeches were delivered by Jafar Jafarov, Rector of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University; Shamil Sadiq, CEO of Hedef Group of Companies and Project Manager of EMF; Elnur Nasibov, Chairman of the Education Development Fund; and Qulu Novruzov, Chairman of the State Customs Academy. They spoke about the purpose of the forum, the challenges facing the education sector, and the importance of collaborative efforts in this field.
The event also featured local and international speakers, including Professor Irfan Erdoğan, Dean of the Faculty of Education at Boğaziçi University; Ercüment Özayan, Director of “Educo Group”; Shahin Bayramov, Rector of Karabakh University; Rufat Azizov, Rector of Sumgayit State University; Elbrus Isayev, Rector of Nakhchivan State University, and others who participated in panel discussions.
Panels were held on topics such as "Innovative Management in Practice," "Technological and Environmental Responsibilities in Education Management," and "Quality Assurance in School Management." Panel participants extensively discussed the challenges in the education sector and their solutions, providing practical recommendations.
Keynote speeches by Irfan Erdoğan on "Educational Reforms," Ercüment Özayan on "Innovative Learning Methods in the Digital Age," and Ulaş Nezir and Mert Doğan on "Digital Integration in Education and Data Analysis: Artificial Intelligence" were met with great interest by the audience.
The forum was remembered for its key achievements, including the exchange of experiences in education management, the establishment of new connections, and the creation of a foundation for future projects.
