This seminar was organized for the newly hired teaching staff at Hədəf STEAM Lyceum and Hədəf Courses to support their professional development and further enhance the quality of education. As per tradition, the seminars for the 2024/2025 academic year were held from August 27 to 29 at the Abşeron branch of Hədəf STEAM Lyceum.
The event was officially opened with a speech by Nizami Hüseynov, the Executive Director of Hədəf STEAM Lyceum, followed by an opening address from Səftər Əlsəfa, the Executive Director of Hədəf Courses.
Şəmil Sadiq, the founder and director of the Hədəf Group of Companies, spoke about the Hədəf concept, its origins, and the role the concept plays in the lyceum.
Various panels and seminars were conducted on the following topics: "Public Speaking and Subordination Rules", "Organizing Educational Activities in the School Environment", "Teacher Behavior and Discipline Rules, Responsibilities and Rights", "Psychological Approach in Teacher-Student Relations", "Mastery of Writing Questions, Key Points in Writing Tests", "Organizing Teaching at Hədəf Courses", "Coordination of Classroom Management and Working with Parents", "Regulation of Internal Cooperation", "Teacher’s Pedagogical Mastery", "The Teacher as a Manager (Classroom Management Fundamentals)", "Assessment at Hədəf", "School Management System – Using the 'mis.edu.az' Website, and Textbooks and Supplementary Resources", "Teaching Plans for Preparation Courses (Grades 9–11)", and "Visual Materials and Web Resources Used in STEAM Lessons (Grades 1–8)".
The CEO of Hədəf Group of Companies, Şəmil Sadıqov, along with Fatimə Kərimli, Dilguşə Süleymanova, Məmməd Məmmədli, Elvin Əliyev, Vəli Vəlizadə, Fidan Məmmədova, Qafar Hüseynov, Səftər Əlsəfa, Türkanə Həziyeva, Emin Sadıqov, Səbinə Sadıqova, Vüsal Heybətov, Elmin Yaqubbəyli, Məmməd Kərimli, Nərmin Səlimova, Şakir Hüseynov, and Təranə Sadıqzadə shared their insights and recommendations based on the aforementioned topics.
The new teachers were introduced to the founders, team, structure, and internal rules of the Hədəf Group of Companies.
